Our rooms are $250 - $300 a week * room price depends on room size* ( week to week only) plus a matching security deposit ( to be returned as long as room is left the way it is when you move in). 2 persons per room (that includes children) pets are a separate deposit (non refundable( 1 time deposit)) $50 for A cat and $100 for A dog all to be under 25lbs. Rooms come furnished and everything is included in the rent( water, trash, parking, cable and wifi). No Cash will be accepted.
